- Order by 11AM for same day dispatch ( on next day delivery, excluding highlands & islands – sorry!). This is effective immediately. Where we fail, we will offer a credit equivalent to our carriage charge (unless the problem lies with the courier or delivery). Unless we fail the whole time in which case we are going to have to rethink! But so far we are achieving this in any case in 95% of orders. We hope this is of value to you.
- Items received broken will be replaced but must be retained for possible inspection.
- Claims for breakage/shortage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Goods remain the property of Rainstick Trading Ltd until paid for in full.
- Sizes and colours given may vary. Images not to scale.
- We operate a no quibble returns policy. If you do not like something, we are happy to take it back provided we are informed by email within 72 hours of delivery.
