Shipping and Terms for Wholesale Customers
- All prices are exclusive of VAT
- The first two invoices will be supplied on pro forma invoice, or must be otherwise prepaid
- Carriage will be charged at €20 flat rate.
- Online orders over €600 will be carriage paid.
- Order by 11AM for same day dispatch ( on next day delivery, excluding highlands & islands – sorry!). This is effective immediately. Where we fail, we will offer a credit equivalent to our carriage charge (unless the problem lies with the courier or delivery). Unless we fail the whole time in which case we are going to have to rethink! But so far we are achieving this in any case in 95% of orders. We hope this is of value
- All web orders are direct from stock and usually dispatched on a next day service within one working day.
- Items received broken will be replaced but must be retained for possible inspection. Claims for breakage/shortage must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- NO MINIMUM ORDER FOR ONLINE ORDERS
- Goods remain the property of Rainstick Trading Ltd until paid for in full.
